Shale gas, non-traditional exploration
Hunting and trading of animals in the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species
Development of projects in wetlands protected by the Ramsar Convention
  • ※ Scope of application
  • * Financing or financial advisory service for projects larger than USD 10 million
  • * Single business loans that can be effectively managed, with a total loan and the cost of undertaking (syndicated loan) larger than USD 50 million each, and a loan period loner than 2 years
  • * Bridge loans that are longer than two years, intended for project financing or that fulfill the above conditions when converted to a corporate loan
  • * Refinancing of projects in accordance with the above principles (given no significant change in the size and scope of the project, and given that the project is not completed upon conclusion of financial contract)
